For international and European flights, 60 minutes of waiting time after landing is included. For pick-ups in the city, 15 minutes after the agreed time is included.

Changes are free up to five days before pick-up for sedans and vans, and up to fifteen days for minibuses and coaches. Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are not refunded.
